sage butter herb

Sage is an herb that I have growing in my garden. Not only can you use it in culinary dishes or yummy beverages, but sage is also an attractive addition to any garden. It’s easy to grow, easy to maintain, and dries very well for storing.

I like to make extra sage butter and keep some in the fridge to sprinkle over all kinds of things. This sage butter sauce can be used:

  • on spaghetti
  • ravioli
  • spread over bread
  • added to roasted vegetables
  • crush and sprinkle the cooked sage over eggs
