Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup raw honey/pure maple syrup

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp sea salt

Refrigerate in a zip bag or a container with a tight fitting lid.

Thanks Jan for sharing. It is very sweet of you. I enjoy your video tutorials.
Thanks Lisa, you are so kind.
I love the idea of these little nut cups but please can you explain about adding the oats. If I add 0.5 cup of oats why am I taking away half a cup of the rest of the mixture (I’m assuming when you say remove 0.5 cup of nut mixture you mean after everything (except the oats) is combined – not just the mix of nuts) when conbined? Surely that will make them too dry, with less syrup & butter to the amount of oats. Please will you clarify as I’m desperate to find healthy yummy snack recipes.
Hi Linda,
Thanks for reaching out.
If you want to add oats or anything else, you’ll need to omit some of the other dry ingriedients, or add more nut butter and syryp. Or it will be too dry.
The recipe can be altered really as much as you like. Nothing in there that will effect the final result. Just mix it together to get the consistancy that you like and the ingriedients you like.
I know that wasn’t anything specific for you to do, but I hope it was helpful and that you enjoy this as a yummy, healthy snack. Let me know if you have any further questions.
