Do you ever get discouraged and overwhelmed when you are trying to make a positive change in your life? Why is changing so dang hard? Well, one of my favorite mentors, Dr. Joe Dispenza, does a fantastic job of explaining how to make this process easier. He is a New York Times best-selling author, and has dedicated his life to understanding the brain and body. He uses that knowledge to help people understand how they can rewire their brains and recondition their bodies to make lasting changes, helping them to heal themselves of illnesses, chronic conditions, and even terminal diseases so they can enjoy a more fulfilled and happy life, as well as evolve their consciousness.
I was just made aware of a FREE mini course that is being offered through Hay House that I need to tell you about. Now, I am not getting any kick backs for referring you to this mini class series, I just want you to know about it! I have read Joe Dispenza’s books, and attended one of his workshops this past summer and I learned so much. Dr Joe explains things in such a way that is easy to wrap your head around. In this course he shares a lot of the same concepts, but condenses it down into a few short videos.
The mind is VERY powerful and I believe that we can use it to create positive change in our lives. It’s just knowing how to do it, right? As you know, I experience some pretty serious health challenges and have gone the rounds with all kinds of treatments, medications, diets, supplements; you name it, and I have probably tried it. I have always felt that my beliefs and my thoughts play a huge role in my physical health, and have seen many things shift when I have addressed the emotional and mental side of things.
Although I am still experiencing symptoms of Lupus and ITP, I KNOW things would be a lot worse if I had not made the changes that I have made in my beliefs and the way that I think. This isn’t a quick fix, and does take a lot of effort, but it is so worth it. I am beginning to truly love my life and accept where I am, with or without disease.
I hope you will take advantage of this generous offer that Hay House and Dr. Joe is offering for you to change your life.
