When we uplift, take care of and heal ourselves, we then can do the same for others. When our buckets are empty, we have nothing to give. So many of us, women especially, run around caring for others day in and day out. Although it is a noble cause, it can eventually wear us down, and we can become very depleted. If we don’t do anything to fill our buckets, it can feel like OVERWHELM, EXHAUSTION, INADEQUACY, DEPRESSION, and many other emotions and conditions.
I will chat more about this later, but today I wanted to do a shout out to all women and bring this summit to your attention.
The Hay House Summit started yesterday. Don’t miss out on this FREE, NO BRAINER opportunity to fill your bucket!
It is not too late to sign up.
I get no kick backs and am not affiliated with the summit in any way. I only want to share with you some information that may help get you out of that deep, dark hole you may find yourself in. If you are not in a bad place, GREAT, this is still a wonderful opportunity to learn more and share with others.
Enjoy your day!
