Happy Cookie Bars
This is one of my favorite desserts, Happy Cookie Bars! Simple, basic ingredients and YUMMY!

6 Simple Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers (1 1/2 inner packages)
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips ( I like to mix half semi sweet and half milk chocolate)
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 13 x 9 pan (20 square cookies)
This is what you do

Put crackers in a zip bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Drizzle the condensed milk over the crackers. Leave a little to drizzle over top.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut on top of that. Drizzle the remaining milk over that.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown tips form on coconut.

Cool and cut into squares.

Enjoy!
